  How to Register & Get the Buyer Badge

1. Visit the official Canton Fair website→ [https://www.cantonfair.org.cn](https://www.cantonfair.org.cn)
2. Click “Buyer” taband create an account.
3. Fill in personal & company details(passport information, company registration, business card, etc.).
4. Apply for the Buyer Badge online(this badge gives you access to the fair).

    * First-time applicants must register online before arriving.
    * Repeat visitors can use their existing buyer account.
5. Collect the Buyer Badge onsiteat the Canton Fair Registration Office (with passport & confirmation letter).

 Tip:The Buyer Badge is valid for multiple sessions, so keep it for future fairs.

  How to Get an Invitation to the Canton Fair

An official invitation letteris essential for applying for a China visa.

1. Go to the official invitation link → [https://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/](https://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/)
2. Log in with your Buyer Account.
3. Fill in details:

    * Company name & profile
    * Applicant’s full name & passport details
    * Purpose of visit (e.g., sourcing, business meetings)
    * Upload business card (mandatory)
4. Submit the request.
5. Receive the invitation letter by email(usually in PDF format).

 This letter is then used to apply for a Chinese visaat your nearest consulate or through a visa agency.
